JUAN GUZMAN - 9 days ago Cancun Airport Transportation to Isla Mujeres Ferry
The service at arrival was good, the lady was very nice and friendly, it did take about twenty minutes for a shuttle to arrive to take us to Puerto Juarez which is where we needed to go to catch a Ferry. The return service was not the best, our pick up time was at 1:30pm, we arrived about twenty minutes early just to be safe, at 1:35 I called dispatch since our shuttle wasn't there yet. They said he was on his way and he did arrive within a few minutes, however he parked his van outside the pick up zone on an outer wall and we had to walk our bags out there on to his van. He did let us know it wasn't supposed to be his pick up and was told last minute, not sure what the problem was since they had scheduled our time a week before. Overall, the price for the service was good but I will not be using them again.
